1. About the service
Tablematch is provided by Visdomsfabrikken AS, org. no. 929 191 307, Sjøgata 3, 0250 Oslo, Norway. The service is a web-based tool for comparing two tables and finding matching rows.
2. Price
Tablematch is free to use. You do not need to create an account or provide payment details. If we offer paid features in the future, they will be clearly marked and require a separate agreement.
3. Use of the service
You may use the service in your own business and for clients. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process the data you paste, including when it contains personal data.
You must not attempt to damage, overload or circumvent technical limitations in the service.
4. Your data
The tables you paste are processed locally in your browser. They are not sent to our servers, and we do not store them. When you close or reload the page, the data is gone. Files you save as CSV or TSV are stored only on your own device.

5. Results and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. The result depends on the data and the key columns you choose, and should be reviewed before it is used in accounting, reporting or decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, Visdomsfabrikken AS is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the service or errors in the results.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uptime. We may change, limit or discontinue the service without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including code, design and name, belongs to Visdomsfabrikken AS. The data you process belongs to you.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update the terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If this is not successful, Oslo District Court is the agreed venue.
